Ordering Information

How to Order:

To place an order, click “Add to Cart” after selecting any product. You may be prompted to setup your account during the order process if you are a first time customer.

Adding an item to your order is as simple as selecting another item and clicking “Add to Cart.”

Changing or canceling an order is easy. Simply click on the “Shopping Cart” and either delete items from your order by clicking on “Remove Items” or change the quantity on your order to zero. Then “Update” your cart.

Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been confirmed by you, either via email, or by phone.

International Orders:

At this time we do not generally accept international orders. Only credit cards issued by United States based banks are accepted for payment. Please contact the store directly at 1-800-658-6378. We’ll do what we can to get you what you need.

Order Status:

After you place an online order, you will receive an e-mail message that will contain your order information, your estimated shipping costs, and a link that you may use to determine the current status of your order. Your credit card will be charged when we have received confirmation from you, by either email, or by phone.

When we ship your item, we will send another e-mail that informs you that your online purchase is on its way, and gives you a tracking number.

Shipping Tracking:

All shipping is UPS. Once your order ships, it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS web site.
To track the status of a shipped order, use the link provided in your order confirmation or shipment notice. Alternatively, you may go to the Joesbootshop.com home page, select "My Account" and then select "View order history".
If your order appears late, remember:

Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Only credit cards issued by US banks are accepted for payment.

Packages are shipped from our store Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day). Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday.

All orders placed after 11:00 am MT are processed the following day. All orders placed after 11:00 am MT Friday are processed the next business day, usually on Monday. In the case of Monday Holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, or other Mondays which coincide with a Holiday) orders will be processed on Tuesday.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (no Saturday or Sunday deliveries), excluding holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day via UPS only. Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday.

Overnight orders (Next Day Air) placed Monday through Thursday after 11:00 am MT are processed the following business day. All overnight orders placed after 11:00am MT on Friday are processed the next business day; Monday (or Tuesday in the case of a Monday holiday). Note: Next Day Orders placed on Friday before 11:00am will not arrive until Monday (or Tuesday in the case of a holiday).

Shipping & Handling Rates & Policies:

All orders placed on Joesbootshop.com will be shipped via UPS, except for some larger items, such as furniture, etc. For a pair of boots, or any item weighing less, shipping costs will generally be between $14 and $20 UPS Ground. When you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the estimated shipping costs. You must reply, confirming or declining your agreement with the final cost, with shipping. If we do not received the confirmation email from you, your order will be held in a pending state for up to seven (7) business days. After that, we will drop the order.

Product Availability:

Joesbootshop.com is striving to offer one of the largest selections of western wear products on the Internet. We add products to our site every day. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, call the store at 1-800-658-6378 (M-F: 9 am to 6 pm MT, Sat: 9 am to 7 pm MT), or check our site again in a few weeks.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

What is the difference between "In Stock" and "Factory Ship" items?

"In Stock" items are ready for immediate delivery (7-10 business days via UPS® within U.S.) from our warehouse. "Factory Ship" items are sent directly to you from the manufacturer. "Factory Ship" items may take longer to be shipped. We’ll do our best to give you an estimated timeframe.
